Step cooking
- We put on the stove a pan with one and a half liters of water, wait until it boils. We divide cauliflower into inflorescences, carefully cutting them with a knife, you need only 300 g of cabbage.
- We lower inflorescences into boiling water, and from the moment of boiling we cook for 5 minutes.
- Do not forget to salt the water to taste. Spread the boiled cabbage in a colander so that the glass is all liquid.
- Break a couple of eggs into a bowl. Beat eggs with a fork or whisk.
- Pour in 50 g of milk, continuing to whisk. Salt the egg mixture to taste. Also add ground black pepper to taste.
- In a pan, melt 20 g of butter.
- We spread cabbage inflorescences in oil.
- Fill cabbage with omelettes.
- Finely chop a third of the parsley bunch and send it to the pan.
- We close the pan with a lid and fry the omelette over low heat until cooked.
Useful Tips
- Instead of milk, you can use cream or sour cream.
- Cheese lovers can fill the dish with grated cheese for a couple of minutes before being ready (when the middle of the omelet is not yet “grabbed”), then close the lid again and fry until tender.
- Boil the cabbage in the evening, in the morning you can prepare a delicious and healthy breakfast in 10 minutes, bay the prepared vegetables with omelettes.
- If desired, the same omelet can be baked in an oven heated to 180 ° C.
