- We send a pot of water to the fire, let it boil. We divide broccoli into inflorescences. If your cabbage is small, like ours, use the whole. When the water boils, add salt and send the cabbage. After boiling, boil for 5-7 minutes. While boiling cabbage, prepare the eggs.
- In a convenient dish we drive two chicken eggs. Instead of chicken, you can use six quail. Beat them with a fork to get a homogeneous mixture, and add 100 g of milk, mix.
- In a separate plate, rub 70 g of hard cheese. You can take any cheese, the main thing is that you like it. We throw the finished broccoli into a colander, let the excess water drain.
- We will bake omelettes in batch ceramic forms. You can take the same or one large form. We spread the broccoli, pour the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Note that we will not add any spices, because the baked omelet is intended for the child. You can add any seasonings as you wish.
- We send the form into the oven, bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Broccoli omelet is ready, we can get it out of the oven and serve it.
By the same principle, you can bake an omelet with zucchini and any other vegetables. Such an omelet is a completely independent dish. It can be eaten separately or served with any meat or fish.
By the same principle, you can make omelet with broccoli in a pan. To do this, send the pan to the fire, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and can put 10 g of butter, let it warm. We spread boiled broccoli, pour a mixture of eggs with milk, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Cover and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes until cooked.
