Step cooking
- First, break the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins in different dishes. Yolks can be placed in a bowl or plate, and the squirrels are broken into the dishes in which it will be convenient to beat them. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the dill. We pour it to the yolks.
- There we add a little salt and milk.
- Mix everything well with a whisk until the yolks become a homogeneous mass.
- Add some salt to the proteins too. Beat with a mixer or blender until solid peaks. This is when the proteins do not disperse, but hold in place, forming a strong foam.
- Heat the pan. If you use a skillet with a non-stick coating to prepare an omelet, you can don’t pour vegetable oil. If the pan is ordinary, it is recommended to grease its bottom and walls with vegetable oil. You can take sunflower or olive.
- Switch to a small fire. Pour the mass from the yolks with greens and wait until it grasps (covered with a film).
- We put whipped proteins on the finished yolks and evenly distribute them with a spatula. Cover with a lid.
- Readiness can be checked with your finger. If you put your finger on the protein mass and nothing sticks to it, then our omelet is ready.
- Turn off the fire and take the omelet on a plate.
- We spread the grated cheese on top for one half of the omelet. This should be done quickly while the protein is hot.
- Cut the omelet ular into half and cover the half with cheese with the second part of the omelet.
- Serve with vegetables, olives, herbs or salad. Enjoy your meal!
Cooking options
