Ingredients
- yogurt - 1 stack.
- egg - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- wheat flour - 1 stack.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- soda - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
Step cooking
- In a deep container, mix 1 egg and 1 cup of yogurt. Mix well with a spoon. In the mixture add 2 tbsp. l sugar and 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- To 1 cup of wheat flour add 0.5 tsp. soda, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. baking powder.
- Gradually introduce the flour into the liquid mass and knead the dough.
- We cover the dough with a lid and let it stand for 20 minutes.
- Fry fritters in a pan with the addition of 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
