  3. As soon as the mass becomes more or less homogeneous, add 40 g of sugar and 40 ml of odorless vegetable oil. Instead of vegetable oil, it is quite possible to use melted and chilled butter in the same amount. add salt to yogurt
  4. Continue to stir the ingredients with a regular spoon or fork until smooth. add butter to yogurt
  5. Separately, sift through a fine sieve 200 g of premium wheat flour. sift flour
  6. Mix the flour with 10 g of baking powder, 2 pinches of salt and 5 g of baking soda. mix flour and baking powder
  7. Dry flour mixture is completely poured into a bowl with milk and egg mass. mix dry and liquid mixtures
  8. Gently mix the flour into the liquid mixture with a regular spoon. Do not worry if you have lumps left - during insisting they will dissolve in the dough. mix the dough with a spoon
