Ingredients
- yogurt - 200 ml
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- odorless vegetable oil - 40 ml
- granulated sugar - 40
- premium grade wheat flour - 200 g
- salt - 2 pinches
- baking soda - 5 g
- baking powder dough - 10 g
Step cooking
- Pour 200 ml of sour milk at room temperature into a deep bowl for kneading dough. There we break 1 large chicken egg.
- Mix the ingredients with a fork or a tablespoon. Never use a whisk or kitchen appliance for whipping.
- As soon as the mass becomes more or less homogeneous, add 40 g of sugar and 40 ml of odorless vegetable oil. Instead of vegetable oil, it is quite possible to use melted and chilled butter in the same amount.
- Continue to stir the ingredients with a regular spoon or fork until smooth.
- Separately, sift through a fine sieve 200 g of premium wheat flour.
- Mix the flour with 10 g of baking powder, 2 pinches of salt and 5 g of baking soda.
- Dry flour mixture is completely poured into a bowl with milk and egg mass.
- Gently mix the flour into the liquid mixture with a regular spoon. Do not worry if you have lumps left - during insisting they will dissolve in the dough.
- We cover the bowl with the dough with a lid and leave it in this form at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- After this time, we collect the dough with a tablespoon and spread it on a hot frying pan, previously greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- We form a neat round pancakes and fry it on both sides until golden brown.
- We put finished products on paper towels to get rid of excess fat.
- We serve pancakes with sour cream, maple syrup, honey or any other additive.
