- Kefir - 500 ml

Step cooking
- Pour 500 ml of kefir at room temperature into a deep container (in order for the pancakes to be quite lush, all ingredients must be at room temperature). Add to the kefir 1 tsp. Soda (without slide) and mix thoroughly together.
- After 1 - 2 minutes, add 3 tbsp. To the kefir mixture. l sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of vanillin. Once again, thoroughly mix with a whisk.
- Gradually, we begin to introduce wheat flour sifted through a sieve into the dough (you may need about 1 - 2 glasses). It is important to introduce the flour in small portions, thoroughly mixing the mixture each time after adding. It is necessary to introduce so much flour that the dough consistency resembles a very thick sour cream (when you take such a dough on a spoon, it should not drain from the spoon, but tear and fall).
- The apples (2 pcs.) Are thoroughly washed, we remove the middle and cut into cubes of medium size. Add chopped apples to the dough and mix everything thoroughly.
- Leave the dough to "rest" for 3 - 5 minutes. We put the pan on the fire. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a hot pan.
- When the oil has warmed up well, slightly reduce the heat and start portioning the dough in the pan with the help of a spoon, forming pancakes.
- Thoroughly fry the pancakes on both sides until golden.
- We put the finished pancakes on a flat dish, previously covered with paper towels (paper towels absorb the excess fat with a fritters), and serve.
Decoration and serving
