- Wheat flour - 200 g

- Slaked Vinegar Soda - 2 g

Step cooking

- Add 2 grams of slaked soda to the dough and mix.
- Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes and begin to bake fritters.
- We put a non-stick pan on the stove and warm it up well. We form pancakes from the dough and bake for 2-3 minutes on each side. We put the finished pancakes on a beautiful dish and serve.
