Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 250 g
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Thick sour cream (20% or more) - 100 g
- Sugar - 80 g
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable oil for frying - 1 stack.
Step cooking
- Eggs (2 pcs.) Are broken into a bowl. Beat them well with a whisk or fork until smooth.
- Add 80 g of sugar, a pinch of salt and 0.5 tsp. soda. Once again, beat well with a whisk. Soda can be replaced with a baking powder, only 1.5 tsp should be taken.
- We spread 100 g of fat sour cream in the future dough and mix again. Fat sour cream plays a role in the fluffiness of pancakes, so take a product with a fat content of 20% or more). The criterion for the required uniformity of the test is the complete dissolution of sugar.
- Sift 250 g of wheat flour through a sieve to saturate the flour with oxygen and get rid of lumps. Add flour to other products in several stages. After each serving, stir the dough and observe its consistency. Correct density is when the dough slowly drains from the whisk without spreading immediately over the surface. If there is too much flour and the dough has become too thick, add a little sour cream to the bowl and stir.
- We put the pan on the fire, pour in the oil for frying. A sufficient amount of oil is the key to the splendor of pancakes. Oils are poured with a layer of about 3 mm. Despite such a thick layer of oil, the pancakes are dry. Put oval pancakes in a heated oil with a spoon and bake for 1.5-2 minutes on one side.
- Then turn over and bake for 1-1.5 minutes on the other side. You do not need to cover the pan. Fritters cook quickly, rise and blush right before our eyes.
- We spread the finished pancakes with a slide on a flat plate and serve hot to the table. As an addition to pancakes, honey, condensed milk, nut paste, fresh berries, cream, jam, melted chocolate are suitable.
