- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.

Step cooking
- Pour milk at room temperature into a bowl. Add the chicken egg.
- Pour sugar and add soda.
- Mix well with a fork.
- Slowly add flour and mix all the ingredients with a whisk to beat until the dough is uniform.
- Place the skillet on the fire. Pour a tablespoon of dough into a preheated pan to prepare each pancake. Let fry on one side for 3 minutes.
- Turn over each pancake with a spatula and fry for another 3 minutes on the other side.
- Put the finished pancakes on a plate to cool.
