Ingredients
- wheat flour - 600 g
- sour milk - 500 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l
- sugar - 6 tbsp. l
- salt - 1 tsp.
- soda - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- Drive 2 eggs into a deep container.
- Add 6 tbsp to the eggs. l sugar and beat well until a light foam appears.
- In the resulting mass, add 1 tsp. salt, 500 ml of sour milk (can be replaced with kefir) and 1 tsp. soda. Mix everything thoroughly.
Important! Sour milk must be at room temperature. So the soda will react faster, and the pancakes will turn out more magnificent.
- Gradually sift 600 g of wheat flour to the mixture of ingredients.
- We cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In a preheated pan, pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- We spread the dough in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
According to the proposed recipe, fritters will always be very airy, lush and porous. They will not fall off even after they have cooled and lie in the refrigerator. The main thing is that they are prepared from the most common ingredients very quickly and simply. Serve the pancakes on the table with sour cream, jam or condensed milk and enjoy their incredible taste.
