- Zucchini - 750 g
- Carrots - 250 g

Step cooking
- First, wash and grate the zucchini, using a grater with large holes. For carrots, select a facet of the grater with small holes. Add a little salt to the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Let stand for about 15-25 minutes for the vegetables to drain their juice.
- Meanwhile, grate the smoked cheese. You can replace smoked cheese with hard cheese, but this is according to your desire.
- Using gauze, you need to squeeze the juice from vegetables. The more juice you squeeze, the better.
- Add squeezed zucchini and carrots to eggs, chopped garlic and smoked cheese. Thoroughly mix the resulting mixture. You can also add fresh herbs or spices.
- Be sure to salt and proceed to the formation of pancakes. Fritters can be cooked both in the oven and in a pan. We form cakes of vegetables and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
- If cooking in a pan, pour vegetable oil, turn down the heat on the stove to a minimum and spread the pancakes. Fry pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.
- Fritters are ready to eat, serve them with herbs and sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
