Step cooking
- Broccoli can be taken fresh or frozen. Before cooking, cabbage should be thawed and rinsed. Pour 1 liter of water into the pan, put on fire, let it boil. We sort into inflorescences 250 g of broccoli cabbage and put in water. Cook for 5 minutes. Do not try to boil it until soft, and especially do not digest it, since with prolonged exposure to high temperature the cabbage will lose its useful properties.
- We drain the water, we discard the cabbage in a colander, doused with cold water.
- We spread it in a deep bowl and grind it with a blender to a puree state.
- Break 1 egg, add to broccoli.
- Pour salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything well so that the egg envelops the broccoli.
- On a medium grater, rub 50 g of hard cheese. Put it in a bowl to the cabbage.
- Add 60 g of flour, mix everything until smooth.
- Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put on fire, warm well. We spread the resulting mass with a spoon in boiling oil.
- Fry fritters from two sides until cooked.
- We spread it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- Serve with yogurt sauce, sour cream or ketchup. Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs on top.
