Step cooking
- Thoroughly wash 3-4 medium potatoes, put them in a pan or stewpan, fill with water and put on the stove to cook until cooked.
- In a separate stewpan, put 4 chicken eggs, fill with water and also set to cook in a steep, that is 10 minutes.
- Wash 5 fresh cucumbers thoroughly and cut into a small cube. Put in a large deep bowl.
- When the potatoes are boiled, let it cool completely, cut into a medium cube and send to the cucumbers in a bowl.
- Thoroughly wash 10 radishes, also cut into a medium cube and place in a common container.
- Dice 300 grams of boiled sausage and put to the rest of the ingredients.
- When the eggs are boiled, clean them, separate the yolks from the proteins.
- Squirrel cut into a cube and put in a common bowl. Set the yolks aside.
- Mix all the chopped ingredients, cover with a lid or cling film and place in a refrigerator.
- Rub the yolks with a fork and add 5 grams of mustard to them. Mix them well and set aside in the refrigerator for a while.
- Wash it under running water and dry one bunch of fresh dill and one bunch of green onions. Finely chop the onion and dill with a knife and put in a separate bowl.
- We peel two cloves of garlic from the peel, chop and send to a bowl with herbs.
- Add salt to greens to taste and mix.
- When serving portioned, put one teaspoon of yolk and mustard dressing in a plate.
- Pour 70 grams of kvass and add the main ingredients.
- Put two tablespoons of herbs.
- Mix well and add another 70 grams of kvass.
- For a total serving, put the whole egg dressing in a large saucepan or tureen and fill with half the kvass. Stir until the mustard is completely dissolved. Add the mixture of the main ingredients, all the greens and mix thoroughly. Fill okroshka with the remaining kvass and serve. If desired, you can let the dish brew for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
