Cooking variations
In order to properly roll cucumbers for the winter, it is important to choose good cucumbers. You can take any cucumbers in size, but the most important thing is that they are dense, not soft and not hollow. When choosing large cucumbers, it is better to cut them into four or eight parts, and if you come across long cucumbers, it is better to cut them in half, and then into several parts.
You can roll cucumbers in the same way as in the recipe, or you can add other additional ingredients to make the rolls even tastier and more varied. For example, you can add tomatoes or bell peppers to your rolls. And to make the vegetables in the jar more spicy and saturated to taste, add hot chili peppers. The amount of ingredients indicated in this recipe will need 2-3 hot chili peppers. It must be cut into several parts, remove the stalk and place in jars.
