Ingredients
- dill umbrellas - 2 pcs.
- horseradish sheets - 3 pcs.
- oak sheets - 1 pc.
- cherry leaves - 2 pcs.
- currant leaves - 2 pcs.
- peppercorns - 6 pcs.
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- cloves - 3 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- hot pepper - 1 pc.
- cucumbers - 3 kg
- water - 2 l
- salt - 4 tbsp. l
- mustard powder - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- At the bottom of a 3-liter jar, put 2 dill umbrellas, 3 horseradish leaves, 1 oak leaf, 2 sheets of cherry and black currant.
- There we add 2 bay leaves, 6 peppercorns, 3 cloves of cloves, 2 coarsely chopped cloves of garlic and a pod of hot pepper.
- On top of the greens in rows lay 3 kg of cucumbers.
- We put a pan with 2 liters of water on fire, add 4 tbsp to it. l salt and bring to a boil.
- Pour the brine into a jar of cucumbers.
- We close the jar with a lid and leave it in this state for 2 days at room temperature.
- After 2 days, open the jar and put in it 2 tbsp. l mustard powder.
- Leave the roll for another 6 hours. We open the jar, pour the brine from it, bring it to a boil and pour the cucumbers again.
- We roll up the jar and store the roll in a cool place.
