Ingredients

Step cooking
- On a grater for Korean carrots, we rub 3 potatoes.
- Put the potatoes in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Dry the potatoes with paper towels. We heat vegetable oil in a pan, it should be poured 4-5 mm high.
- In small portions, lay the potatoes and fry until golden, stirring constantly.
- Boil chicken or 200 g of meat or bake in the oven and cut into strips.
- Cut into slices 250 g of cucumbers.
- We cut 250 g of tomatoes with the same cubes. We spread the tomatoes in a colander, letting the resulting juice drain.
- On a coarse grater, rub 100 g of cheese.
- We spread the first layer on the dish for the salad - half the chicken meat, grease it with mayonnaise.
- Next - lay out half of the cucumbers, grease with mayonnaise.
- The next layer is tomato, spread half the chopped tomatoes. Pass a clove of garlic through the garlic and sprinkle the tomatoes.
- Salt and pepper this layer, then grease with mayonnaise.
- Lay a layer of grated cheese, mayonnaise.
- Now we repeat all the layers in the same order - meat, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, cheese. Each time, grease with mayonnaise. The layers are not compacted, they must be air.
- Top with fried potatoes.
- Decorate with herbs, let it brew for 10 minutes.
