Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 stack.

Step cooking
Peeling watermelon
- Pour 1.5 cups of cold water into a deep pan. Put a pot of water on the fire and bring to a boil.
- While the water is boiling, you need to peel the watermelon. Cut half the watermelon and peel it off. We need 300 g of watermelon pulp.
- Divide the pulp into smaller pieces, and use a knife to remove all seeds from it.
Cooking compote
- When the water boils, remove the heat to a minimum and pour 1 cup of sugar there.
- Stir the sugar until it is completely dissolved and continue to simmer until the water with sugar turns into syrup.
- After that, add slices of watermelon pulp to the syrup and bring to a boil.
- Once the watermelon syrup has boiled, turn off the stove and cover the pan with a lid. Infuse compote for 15 to 20 minutes. And now our delicious watermelon compote is ready. Cool it and pour it into the feed container.
