Step cooking
Preparatory stage
- Cut 4 squid carcasses into rings or straws (to taste).
- We cut the stem of the leek or onion onion in half rings.
- 3 cloves of garlic and 3 sprigs of cilantro are chopped very finely (optionally, you can add 3 sprigs of parsley, which also needs to be finely chopped).
Main stage
- We put the pan on a big fire. When the surface is hot enough, put 50 g of butter on it and pour 50 ml of vegetable oil.
- When the butter is completely melted, pour the chopped onion, cilantro and garlic into the pan. In the sautéed herbs, add salt and black pepper to taste, 1 tsp. spices "Herb Set". Mix well
- Add chopped squids to the onion softened from the passer. Fry for 2 minutes over high heat.
- Add 150 g of sour cream and mix well.
- After the sauce in a pan boils, add 1 tbsp. l flour, and mix well. We cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish until cooked for 2 minutes.
- We lay out the prepared squids in portioned plates for serving.
Fans of pungent tastes can add red bitter ground pepper to the finished dish.
