Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 700 g
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Butter - 50 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Breadcrumbs - for loafing
- Flavourless vegetable oil - for frying
Step cooking
- We prepare the filling for the patties: on a fine grater we rub 100 g of chilled hard cheese and put it in a deep container.
- In the same container, rub 50 g of chilled butter and mix with cheese.
- We cover the container with the filling with cling film and send it to the refrigerator.
- Grind chicken fillet (700 g) with a meat grinder or blender. Onions are peeled, washed and chopped in the same way.
- We chop the chopped chicken and onions into a deep container, add 1 chicken egg and a little salt to taste to them. Mix everything thoroughly.
- In order to make the minced chicken more dense, we transfer it to a plastic or plastic bag, remove all air from the bag and start tossing the meat on the table 30-40 times.
- After this manipulation, we transfer the stuffing back to the container and continue working with it.
- With wet hands, we form 7 round buns from the resulting stuffing.
- We take out the cheese-oil mixture from the refrigerator and form 7 equal-sized balls from it, and then oblong sausages from the balls.
- We wet our hands in cold water, take a bun of minced meat and form a cake out of it.
- In the middle of the cake we put the cheese and butter sausage and wrap it with minced meat, forming a whole oblong cutlet.
- Bread the resulting cutlet thoroughly in breadcrumbs. We do this manipulation with everything minced meat.
- Pour refined vegetable oil into a pan with a thick bottom (in such a quantity that the cutlet can be deep-fried).
- When the oil is heated, put the patties into it one at a time and fry until saturated golden color.
- We put the fried cutlets on a dish covered with paper napkins (to get rid of excess fat), and then put them on a baking sheet covered with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- After a specified period of time, we take out a baking sheet from the oven, put the patties on the dish and serve to the table with any side dish to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
