- We shift the sliced apples into a deep pan and pour 200 ml of water. We simmer over low heat for 20-40 minutes, until the apples begin to actively allocate juice and turn into porridge.
- Using a submersible blender, bring the apple mass to a smooth, uniform consistency without lumps. If there is no blender, use a sieve, but before that let the apples cool.
- Pour 80-100 g of sugar in applesauce and pour 400 g of white condensed milk. If the apples are sweet on their own, put less sugar or don't add it at all.
- Thoroughly mix all the products so that they dissolve in each other. Bring the mashed potatoes to a boil, hold for 2-4 minutes and remove from heat. Banks and lids are sterilized as desired. Use a ladle to spread the mashed potatoes over the jars and cover with a sheet of parchment paper. When it cools, twist the lid. So you can store the product in the refrigerator for more than 3 months.
- Apple puree is ready! You can just eat it with a spoon or spread on bread. Try adding it to sweet pastries: rolls, puffs, bagels. If you need to save for a long time, roll it under the metal cover in the classic way.
