Step cooking

- Put in a deep container 2 peeled banana and fork, knead them until mashed without lumps.
- Pour crushed oatmeal, pieces of nuts and 3 tbsp. Into banana puree. l chia seeds and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula until a sufficiently dense homogeneous mass is obtained.
- We turn on the oven at 180 ° C and leave it to warm up while we are making cookies. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. From the resulting mass, approximately 12 pieces of cookies are obtained, therefore, we divide our mass into 12 parts by eye.
- We take one part and form cookies out of it, tightly compressing the oat-banana mixture. To make the cookies crunchy, you need to mold a product with a height of about 0.5 cm. For lovers of tender filling, increase the thickness to 1-1.5 cm. We spread the resulting cookies on parchment paper on a baking sheet at a distance from each other.
- Place our baking sheet in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cookies are slightly browned. For lovers of fried brown crust, baking time should be increased by another 10 minutes.
- We take the baking sheet using the oven mitts from the hot oven, place the cookies on the dinner plate and allow to cool. We spread the cookies on a saucer and serve to the table with a cup of tea or any other drink.
Important! To make cookies more sweet and healthy, you can add a couple of teaspoons of honey to it, as well as dates, figs, dried apricots, raisins or prunes cut into small pieces. If you don’t like almonds, you can replace it with slices of hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts or any other kind of nuts to your liking.
