Semolina 1 cup (160 g)
Flour 1 cup (130 g)
Sugar 1 cup (180 g)
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
The apples 5 pieces.
Butter 30 g
Milk 1 cup (200 ml)
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp. l
Powdered sugar for decor

  1. Take 5 medium apples, rub them on a coarse grater, apples can not be peeled. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Darkening of apples is possible, but this will not affect the taste of the pie. You can use a food processor instead of a grater - then the apples will not have time to darken.

  2. Combine dry foods: 1 cup (180 g) sugar, 1 cup (160 g) semolina, 1 cup (130 g) flour, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, and mix it all thoroughly. Take a split baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm and cover it with parchment, pre-lubricating both the form and parchment with oil. This is necessary so that nothing sticks and does not burn.
