- Pour raisins in an amount of 100-150 g with boiling water and leave them in this form for 10-15 minutes. After the specified time, drain the water and rinse the dried grapes with cold running water. We lay out the raisins on a paper towel and let it dry.
- In a deep bowl, spread 500-550 g of cottage cheese. In this recipe, the use of cottage cheese is allowed instead of loose curd.
- There we break three chicken eggs and add 100-150 g of granulated sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar yourself, depending on the acidity of the curd.
- Mix the ingredients well with a regular spoon until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Add the processed raisins to the same place and mix the mixture well again.
- We leave the finished stuffing in a warm place and leave it there until needed.
Cooking dough
- Sift through a fine sieve 300-350 g of wheat flour to saturate it with oxygen.
- Spread 100-130 g of soft butter on top of the flour. I recommend extracting the oil from the refrigerator about an hour before starting to make the pie.
- Using a knife, chop the butter in flour into small pieces.
- After we grind both ingredients with clean hands until we get flour butter crumbs.
Pie assembly
- The bottom and sides of the pan are lightly greased with 15-20 ml of vegetable oil. Some cooks grease the pan with butter, this does not affect the taste of the finished product.
- On top of the butter we spread half of the total volume of flour butter crumbs - this will be the bottom cake cake. Evenly distribute the flour mixture over the surface of the pan. In no case do not press the mass to the bottom!
- On top of the workpiece we spread the whole filling, after which we carefully level it throughout the pan.
- Pour the remaining flour mixture on top of the filling and evenly distribute it.
- We send the product to a preheated oven to 180 ° C. Bake the cake for about 30-40 minutes. From time to time, with the help of a toothpick, we check the readiness of the treat so that the product does not dry out. We take out the finished treat from the oven and let it cool for about half an hour.
Decoration
As an additional decoration of bulk cake with cottage cheese, they are perfect:
- a mixture of sour cream and sugar or powdered sugar;
- melted chocolate;
- condensed milk (raw or boiled).
