- Chokeberry - 1 kg

Step cooking
- First, thoroughly wash the berries of chokeberry. We carefully select all the tails and stalks, since we do not need them in the finished tincture. The washed mountain ash should be thrown into a colander and allowed to drain excess fluid. Try to do everything as carefully as possible so as not to damage the berries.
- Next, wash and dry a three-liter glass jar. At the bottom of a clean jar, lay out several pre-washed and dried cherry leaves and a few buds of cloves.
- After that, we fill the prepared aronia in a jar.
