Step cooking
- Wash lemon, cucumber and peppermint. Dry them or let the water drain. Peel ginger (a small piece about the size of a matchbox) with a sharp knife, carefully peeling the skin. Take a medium grater and gently rub the ginger. You should have about 1 tablespoon with a slice of grated ginger.
- Cut off the tips of the cucumber and cut it into thin, thin circles. The finer you get, the better - the cucumber will give all its healthy juices to the future drink.
- Cut the lemon into thin slices as well. If you can’t cut the mugs very thinly, then cut the lemon in half and cut it into half circles - this way you will definitely get beautiful thin slices.
- Tear off 5-7 leaves of mint from a twig and you can mash them a little to start the process of giving away the aroma and taste. In a high decanter or glass jar (the volume should be at least 3 liters), lay out all the prepared ingredients.
- Pour the contents of the can with 2 liters of cold water.
- Cover the jar with a lid or towel and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, instead of the usual coffee or tea, you can start to drink a more wholesome drink - the one that you made from ginger, lemon, cucumber and mint. Be healthy!

- Make a drink every night, as it should brew for about 10 hours.
- Do not hold the drink for more than a day - it will deteriorate.
- Do not keep the drink warm or even at room temperature. Only in the refrigerator.
- Drink at least 7 glasses every day, but also not more than 4 liters (and even then - this is in the summer heat).
- Replace them with your usual drinks - tea, coffee, juices, soda.
- Drink 1 glass at a time.
- Do not take 1.5 hours before bedtime.
