Step cooking
Chicken fillet preparation
- Wash the chicken fillet (1 kg) and pat dry with a paper towel. Trim excess fat and film. Cut each fillet lengthwise into 2 approximately equal parts.
- Cut the meat across the fibers into pieces of about 4 cm × 3 cm × 2 cm.
- Transfer the meat into a deep bowl. Salt the meat to taste. Shuffle.
- Add ground pepper mixture (pinch), soy sauce (2 tbsp. L.) To chicken pieces.
- Peel the garlic (3 cloves), crush with a garlic press, or grate on a fine grater. Add the garlic in a bowl to the meat. Stir, let the pieces marinate for 20 minutes. Pickled meat will be more aromatic and tender.
Cooking breading
- Break chicken eggs (5 pcs.) Into a deep plate. Salt.
- Beat the eggs with a fork.
- Grind potato chips (100 g) with a blender or with a rolling pin into small crumbs. Pour the chips from the chips into a deep plate.
- Add breadcrumbs (100 g) to the crumbs. Mix well.
- Pour wheat flour (100 g) into a deep bowl.
Cooking nuggets
- Roll each piece of chicken in flour.
- Dip the meat in a beaten egg.
- Roll in a mixture of crackers and chips.
- Put the pieces rolled into the breading on a plate.
- After 15 minutes from the beginning of pickling meat, put a frying pan with high sides or a stewpan to warm up. Pour refined vegetable oil (400-450 ml) into the dishes. Check for oil warming by dropping a toothpick or match in it. In the case of strong heating, small bubbles will go. Dip the nuggets into the hot oil with a fork. The oil should completely cover the pieces. Dip the nuggets into the oil in one layer.
- Fry until golden brown for 5-6 minutes on each side. Do not overfat the meat in deep fat, to obtain a crisp and tender, juicy pulp, the specified time is enough.
- Get ready-made nuggets from butter with a slotted spoon. Spread the pieces on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Serve ready-made nuggets as an independent dish or with various sauces, salads and side dishes. When preparing chicken meat, a variety of marinades can be used: from yogurt, kefir, mayonnaise, wine and others. Seasonings and spices can be added to breading: aromatic herbs, turmeric, caraway seeds, dill, sesame seeds. When you add grated cheese to the breading, you will get cheese nuggets, chopped walnuts - walnuts.
