Cottage cheese | 500 g |
Egg | 1 PC. |
Butter | 50 g |
Salt | ⅓ tsp |
Sugar | ¼ stack. |
Wheat flour or starch | 1 tbsp. l |
Sour cream 10-15% | 2 tbsp. l |
Vanilla sugar | 1 pack |
Step cooking
- In a deep bowl we put 500 g of cottage cheese of any fat content and rub it into a fine granular mass for 3-4 minutes using a spoon. Add 1 chicken egg, 50 g of butter melted in the microwave or in a water bath, ⅓ tsp. salt, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tbsp. l wheat flour or starch, 2 tbsp. l liquid sour cream and 1 pack of vanilla sugar.
- To taste, you can add cinnamon, coconut, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, candied fruits and other goodies at your discretion.
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients so that they evenly disperse in a bowl and turn into a more or less homogeneous mass. Curd filling for cheesecakes, rolls, pies and other flour products is ready.
Did you know?To prepare a salty curd filling, use only 3 main ingredients: of course, cottage cheese, salt and any greens to your taste (dill is best). Just chop the greens, add it to the curd and salt and mix thoroughly.
