Boiled condensed milk "Toffee" | 500 g |
Milk | 500 ml |
Butter | 200 g |
Step cooking
- Transfer to a deep bowl 500 g of boiled condensed milk "Toffee", stirring it a little with a whisk. Add 2 chicken eggs to the condensed milk and re-stir the ingredients until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l starch with 2 tbsp. l wheat flour. Bulk ingredients mix well. The resulting mixture is added to the condensed milk and again mixed with a whisk.
- To prepare the filling, you need 500 ml of milk at room temperature. Pour into a bowl with condensed milk it is required gradually. First add a small portion and stir everything until smooth. Then the next portion of milk, and so on, until everything is poured. The mass should be uniform without any lumps.
- Pour the resulting mixture into a small pan with a thick bottom. We put the pan on the stove, including moderate heat, and cook the mixture. Constantly it is required to stir with a whisk. Cook until the cream thickens.
- Remove the thickened cream from the stove and pour it into a metal bowl, covering it with cling film. It is important to cover the film so that it touches the cream filling so that a thin crust does not form. After cooling, such a crust forms into lumps that are almost impossible to break. Leave the custard to cool.
- First, put 200 g of butter from the refrigerator and let it melt a little at room temperature. It should be soft and easy to beat. Put the slightly melted butter in a bowl of a food processor and beat it in a lush mass. If there is no food processor, then beat the butter with a mixer at maximum speed. We continue to whip the butter in the combine and add the cooled custard in parts. All is required to mix until a homogeneous consistency. The structure of the finished cream is quite soft and not very thick.
