Step cooking
- Boil three chicken eggs for 7 minutes. Then fill with cold water, let cool. For the filling, we will use ¾ parts of the head of cabbage. The amount of cabbage will depend on the volume of filling you need. Cut the cabbage into thin strips. We send it to the pan, add salt, alter and mash with your hands so that the cabbage is soft, let the juice flow. You will notice how this happens, because there will be less shredded cabbage. This process may take 5-7 minutes.
- We clean two onions, wash, cut into small cubes. We send the pan to the fire, pour vegetable oil. Let the oil heat up and send the chopped onion to the pan.
- While the onion is fried, squeeze the cabbage to get rid of the juice, and send it to the pan. Fry vegetables, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cabbage with chopped dill. You can use dried or fresh.
- We clean the boiled eggs, chop them finely and send to the cabbage. Stir, simmer for about 3 minutes. In time, the whole process of stewing cabbage will take about 15 minutes. If you wish, you can add a little black pepper and more salt to taste.
If you do not want to crush chopped cabbage with your hands, you can literally boil chopped cabbage in salted water for 2 minutes, then put it in a colander. But as a result, the taste of the filling will be significantly different.
If you want to get more satisfying pies, add fried minced meat to the filling.
