Ingredients
- Rice - 150 g

Step cooking
- To begin with, we wash the rice well under running water. Then pour it into the pan and fill it with water. To make the rice crumbly, take 150 ml of water for 150 g of rice. Add salt to taste at the beginning or at the end of cooking.
- We cover the saucepan with a lid and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and leave the rice to cook for 12 minutes without stirring. After that, remove the saucepan from the heat, cover with a lid and let the rice stand for another 10 minutes. Thus cooked rice is crumbly and ideal for preparing toppings for pies.
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes after boiling water. Ready eggs are placed in cold water and allowed to cool. Then peel. Finely chop the green onion and pour into a deep bowl.
- Cut the eggs and pour into a bowl of green onion.
- There we add ready and cooled rice. Mix everything, taste it, add salt and freshly ground black pepper. The filling should be salty enough so that undersalt is not felt during the preparation of pies. Mix well again.
