Vegetable oil | 90 ml |

Step cooking
- Drive 3 large chicken eggs into a deep bowl. If they are small, you can take 4 pcs. Add salt (0.5 tsp) and beat with a whisk.
- Add sugar (200 g) in small portions to the resulting mass and beat until a thick white base for the dough is obtained.
- Then gradually, in small portions, add vegetable oil (90 ml), while each time intensively whipping the mass with a mixer. In the same way, introduce milk (200 ml).
- Pour flour (400 g) into a convenient container, add baking powder (2 tsp) and vanillin (to taste, but not more than 0.5 g) to it. Mix the dry mixture, sift and gradually introduce into the liquid mass, constantly whipping with a mixer. The finished dough should be homogeneous and resemble thick sour cream in consistency. The dough is ready, you can begin to form and bake a pie.
- Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil (this is conveniently done with a silicone brush), sprinkle flour, semolina on top, or cover the bottom with parchment paper. If the mold is silicone, just oil it.
- Pour in half the dough and evenly distribute it along the bottom of the mold. Put a layer of thick jam or jam on top. You can pre-strain it to remove excess fluid. Pour the rest of the dough evenly on top of the jam so that it completely covers the filling.
- Formed cake to send in a preheated to 160 ° oven and bake until golden brown. It takes about 40-50 minutes to fully cook. The readiness of baking can be checked with a toothpick: you need to gently pierce the cake in the center and look at the toothpick. If it is clean - the cake is ready, if there are leftover dough on it, then you still need to bake.
- Do not immediately remove it from the mold, at this stage the baking is very soft and brittle. It is better to do this when the cake has cooled.
- Put it on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top (1 tbsp. L. Will be enough), and can be served.
