Dough
- In a large container, you need to combine 100 ml of low-fat kefir with 0.2 tsp. soda. Stir and leave alone for 10 minutes.
- Stir one egg with a whisk with 100 g of sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Instead of sugar, honey or cane sugar can be used.
- In one container, combine previously prepared kefir with soda and an egg with sugar. The resulting mass should be similar to batter in consistency.
- Pour in 50 ml. Vegetable oil in a container with dough, while stirring all the time.
- 150 g of premium flour mix with 0.5 tsp. baking powder, sift and pour into the dough in small portions.
Filling
- Grind 150 g of cottage cheese with one egg with a whisk to a thick cream, add 2 tbsp. l sugar and 1 tsp. vanillin. For this recipe, cottage cheese is better to take 20% fat. If the curd filling turned out to be liquid and the balls either cannot be sculpted at all, or they fall apart, you can add 1 tbsp. l flour.
- Form small balls from the resulting mass. Balls should get 7 pcs.
- Pour the resulting dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm and smooth with a spoon. At the top of the dough put curd balls at a distance of one centimeter from each other.
- Additionally, you can decorate the cake with chocolate icing or add fresh fruit to the cake itself. For a variety of flavors, you can also add raisins, chopped dried apricots and candied fruits. The pie must be sent to a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
