Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Soy Sauce - 200 ml
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water - 250 ml
- Flour - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Rosemary - 2-3 branches
Step cooking
- We take 1.5 kilograms of pork, rinse it thoroughly under water, dry it with paper towels. Then, using a sharp kitchen knife, we clear the meat from the film and fat. A piece should be solid and beautiful, all unnecessary must be cut. Please note that for our dish it is best to use boneless flesh.
- Put the prepared meat in a deep bowl and pour 200 milliliters of soy sauce into it.
- On top of soy sauce, put 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and leave the meat to infuse for 30 minutes in a cool place.
- After 30 minutes, drain the soy sauce, carefully sprinkle the meat with spices to taste and massage them into the pork with massage movements. You can add some salt if you wish, but remember that soy sauce is very salty on its own. Pay attention to mustard seeds, paprika, tarragon, cumin, rosemary or turmeric, they perfectly emphasize the taste of pork meat.
- Let's move on to preparing the test. Pour 250 milliliters of warm water into a separate bowl, add a pinch of salt into it, and sift 500 grams of wheat flour of the first grade through the kitchen sieve in parts.
- Using a kitchen spatula, knead the dough. It should be gentle, soft, flexible and not stick to your hands.
- We take a rolling pin for the dough and roll it into a thin layer, about 4 -5 millimeters thick. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. We lay out the prepared dough layer in a mold and level it.
- In the middle we put the meat and wrap it with an envelope. The edges must be pinched.
- In the center we make a small hole so that the meat breathes freely during baking. Optionally, grease the top with a beaten chicken egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- We turn on the oven and heat it at a temperature of 160 degrees. We put the baked meat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. If the dough turns red too fast during baking, it can be covered with foil on top.
- Serve the prepared meat to the table in a warm or cooled form. The meat in the dough is ideally combined with a light vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
