Ingredients
- pork - 500 g
- onions - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 7 pcs.
- fat sour cream - 3.5 tbsp. l
- mayonnaise - 3.5 tbsp. l
- broth - 300 ml
- puff pastry - 1 sheet
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
- coriander - a pinch
- paprika - a pinch
- ground black pepper to taste
Step cooking
- We take 500 g of pork and cut it into small cubes.
- In half rings we cut 1 head of onion.
- On a coarse grater, rub 1 carrot.
- Dice 7 potatoes.
- Pour into the pan 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry the meat on it until golden brown.
- To 300 ml of broth add 3 tbsp. l sour cream and mayonnaise, as well as a pinch of coriander and paprika.
- To clay pots we send fried meat, carrots, onions and potatoes.
- Pour the ingredients into the prepared sauce and sprinkle with black ground pepper to taste.
- We take 1 sheet of puff yeast-free dough, cut round billets from it and cover them with the contents of clay pots.
- We send the dish to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Food is prepared in clay pots, as if in a real village oven. That is why such a dish will have an incredible aroma, juiciness and amazing taste. Another advantage of this method is that the products in this case do not burn, so they are even more useful.
