  • Beef - 330 g
  • Carrots - 25 g
  • Onions - 40 g
  • Potato - 180 g
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 75 g
  • Peas - 3 tbsp. l
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l
  • Dried basil - 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil to taste

Step cooking

  1. Cut the meat into pieces. chop meat
  2. Onion cut into half rings. chop the onion
  3. Cut the carrots in half rings. chop carrots
  4. Fry the meat, then add the carrots and onions. Add soy sauce in 3-5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add basil. mix the ingredients

  6. Cut the pepper into strips. chop pepper
