Ingredients
- Beef - 330 g
- Carrots - 25 g
- Onions - 40 g
- Potato - 180 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

- Dried basil - 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Step cooking
- Cut the meat into pieces.
- Onion cut into half rings.
- Cut the carrots in half rings.
- Fry the meat, then add the carrots and onions. Add soy sauce in 3-5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add basil.
- Set aside the pan under the lid without fire. Cut potatoes into large cubes.
- Cut the pepper into strips.
- Cut the tomato into half cubes.
- Fry the potatoes with butter until tender.
- Add meat with onions and carrots. At the very end, add pepper and tomato. Fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the peas, mix and salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
- Fill everything with hot water, cover and simmer until cooked.
