Step cooking
- We clean pork in the amount of one or one and a half kilograms of excess fat, film and veins. Cut into slices on a cutting board. We take a chopping hammer, slightly beat the meat on both sides. We peel the two medium onions, wash under the tap, cut into half rings on a cutting board.
- Put the beaten meat on a cutting board, salt with one teaspoon of salt, and pepper with the same amount of black pepper. We do this procedure on the other side of the beaten portioned pieces. We place them on a separate plate and remove so far to the side.
- Peel potatoes with a volume of one and a half kilograms, peel them with my cold water under a tap, cut them into thin half plates on a cutting board. We place the potatoes in a shallow dish, add one incomplete teaspoon of salt, mix so that the product is soaked in spices.
- Immediately add a teaspoon of seasoning for potatoes, mix again.
- Separately, we rub 150 grams of hard cheese on a coarse grater, remove until sideways.
- We take out a baking sheet, cover it with food foil, pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil, grease the bottom of the baking sheet.
- The first layer lay on the baking sheet beaten off pieces of pork.
- Then, as evenly as possible, distribute the onions, sliced in half rings, throughout the meat.
- Salt the onion a little with a pinch of salt. After that, thoroughly lubricate the layer of meat and onion with mayonnaise.
- We spread the sliced potatoes with the next layer, evenly distribute it on the surface.
- Then again put a layer of mayonnaise on the potatoes. Using a kitchen brush, spread the mayonnaise throughout the potatoes.
- We send the baking sheet with the components prepared for baking for 30 minutes into the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Five minutes before the end of cooking, we take out the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top and put it back into the oven until the cheese melts and becomes golden brown. When such a crust appears, turn off the oven, take out a baking sheet with baked potatoes and pork, cut into portioned pieces and spread on plates.
The meat with French fries is fragrant, hearty and very tasty.
