Step cooking
Prepare the ingredients
- The main ingredient is 300 g eggplant. They must be washed and cut into strips. Add 1 tsp to eggplant. salt, mix and leave them to stand in a sieve and a deep bowl for several minutes. During this time, all excess moisture from the eggplant will go away.
- 500 g of beef are cut into strips and pour 2-3 tbsp. l soy sauce. Mix and leave the meat to marinate.
- Cut straws 4-5 mm thick 150 g of colored bell pepper. We also prepare carrots: it must be chopped on a special grater.
Cooking a dish
- On the stove we heat a wok pan or an ordinary thick-walled one. Pour 4 tbsp. l sunflower and 1 tbsp. l sesame oil.
- We send beef marinated in soy sauce to a pan with hot oil. Fry meat at maximum heat, constantly stirring. As soon as the moisture in the pan completely evaporates, make the fire a little less than average and fry the beef until it becomes rosy. Stir the meat regularly so that it does not burn. Just enough to fry the beef for 8-10 minutes. Season the meat with black pepper to taste. Also try the beef in salt and salt if necessary. Put the finished beef on a plate.
- Fry the eggplant in a pan in the remaining oil. Before sending them to the pan, it is necessary to squeeze out the excess liquid. Fry eggplant over medium heat until golden brown.
- To the rosy and soft eggplants we send chopped Bulgarian pepper to the pan. Strongly fry it is not required, just 1-2 minutes are enough to warm.
- In a deep dish, we begin to lay out all the ingredients for the salad. You can use a ceramic baking dish, in which we will serve the salad. At the bottom of the dish we spread the fried eggplant with pepper, after which we add the carrots grated on the shredder.
- On top of the carrots, spread the roasted beef. Finely chop the parsley and cilantro. The latter will need about 4 tbsp. l Put greens on top of the meat.
- Red hot pepper finely chopped and sent to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
- We are preparing the sauce for the dish. To do this, send 1 tsp to a small bowl. honey, 1 tsp. lemon juice. Through a garlic press, we pass 1-2 cloves and add to the honey with lemon juice.
- In a mortar we put 1 tsp. coriander grains and chop them thoroughly with a pestle. Mix honey well with lemon juice and garlic and pour the resulting dressing on the dish. At the end, sprinkle the dish with coriander grains and mix everything thoroughly.After mixing, the dish must be tasted and, if necessary, still salt or season with black ground pepper. A dish of eggplant and meat is completely ready. We decorate it with 1 tbsp. l fried sesame seeds and serve. The salad is very tasty and satisfying.
