Step cooking

Cut the meat into very thick slices across the fibers. The thickness of one piece should be at least 2 cm (do not worry if you get more or less). - Cover each piece of meat with cling film and beat well with a hammer. First, the side that has large spikes, then the other - where the spikes are smaller. Beat to a thickness of 1 cm.
- Add salt and pepper to each beaten piece of meat on both sides. Set them aside - let them marinate a little.
- Peel the potatoes. Rinse very thoroughly under running water. Cut off all points and blackening, if any. Cut each potato in half, and then in half circles.
- Put the potatoes in a separate bowl, lightly salt and pepper it, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well.
- Peel and wash the onions. Cut it into small cubes and put in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise to the onion and mix well.
