Pork loin | 1 kg |
Champignon | 300 g |
Cheese | 200 g |
Bow | 2 pcs. |
Tomatoes | 3 pcs. |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Sour cream | 3 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. Cut the meat into slices of at least 1 centimeter thick.
- We beat off the meat with a hammer on both sides.
- Add salt and pepper to each chop on both sides.
- Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Cut the tomatoes in half rings.
- Rub the garlic on a fine grater and add to the sour cream. Mix.
- Dice the mushrooms.
- Fry the onion first, then the mushrooms. Optionally with a little oil.
- Put the chops in a mold or on a baking sheet. Grease each chop with sour cream and garlic.
- Top with fried mushrooms and onions.
- On top of the mushrooms, spread the tomatoes and sprinkle everything with cheese.
- Sent in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, baked for 40-45 minutes. Done! Enjoy your meal!

This recipe is very simple, and does not take you much time. In the meantime, the dish is cooked in the oven, you can engage yourself in preparing a side dish or appetizers for this dish. Below you will find garnish options that are ideal for meat in French. Here are some examples:
