Step cooking
- First you need to marinate the meat. Pork (300 g) wash well under running water. The meat for this dish should be chosen softer. The washed meat is cut into medium sized portioned pieces and put in a bowl. To make the finished meat juicier and softer, you must first cut it into slices and beat off. And only after that cut into portioned pieces. We clean one onion, wash it and cut it into half rings and send it to the meat bowl. Salted meat with onion and pepper, black pepper to taste. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well. If you wish, you can add your favorite seasonings here. We cover with cling film or a lid and let it brew for several hours.
- Mushrooms (200 g) are cleaned from the ground and other debris and washed well under running water. Then cut them into plates.
- We put the pan on the fire, heat it well, and spread the mushrooms on it. It is necessary that all excess moisture evaporates from the mushrooms.
- While mushrooms are fried, we clean and wash 3 onions. Cut them into half rings. Chopped onions right on the cutting board we remember a little with our hands.
- When all the moisture has evaporated from the mushrooms, add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. We also send chopped onions here. Salt to taste. Constantly stirring, fry the onion with mushrooms for 10 minutes until soft.
- While the mushrooms and onions are fried, we will deal with potatoes. We clean and wash 6 medium potatoes and rub them on a coarse grater.
- Take a baking dish and pour there 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. The first layer in the form spread the potatoes. If the potato has let out a lot of juice, then it should be squeezed before laying out. We level the potatoes to the bottom of the form and slightly add to taste.
- Then spread the pickled meat and evenly distribute it in shape.
- Put the fried mushrooms with the onion in the third layer. Level them with a spatula.
- Hard cheese (150 g) is rubbed on a coarse grater. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the cheese and stir. You can add sour cream - whoever loves. This is done so that the “cap” of this dish is not dry.
- We spread the cheese with mayonnaise on the mushrooms and carefully level it.
- Bake this dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. After this time, we take out the dish from the oven. You need to wait 10-15 minutes. Let it cool a little and you can serve it to the table. It turned out very juicy, gently, the dish just melts in your mouth.
