Step cooking

- Spread the second layer on top. Salt and add Provencal herbs.
- Continue to cut the potatoes and spread it in layers. After 2 layers, be sure to salt, add Provencal herbs. Take 1-2 onions and cut into thin rings.
- Put the onion on top of the potatoes.
- Pour all the ingredients with milk.
- On top of potatoes and onions we spread the minced meat.
- Cut the potatoes and spread on the minced meat.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and spread them on top of the potatoes.
- Grate cheese on a coarse grater. We spread cheese on top of everything.
- Sprinkle cheese with Provencal herbs and spread sour cream on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the meat in French at this temperature for about 1 hour 10 minutes. Done! Sprinkle the dish with herbs to taste, and you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
