Cooking and serving variations
French meat on the festive table is the perfect option for the main dish. This recipe is simple and quick, so you don’t have to stand a couple of hours in the kitchen to please guests. However, to surprise them, you can serve the dish in a special way. If you do not know how to do this, pay attention to the following tips:
- Serve meat in French in one large flat plate or dish. Lay a tablecloth and serving napkins underneath.
- Garnish the meat with chopped herbs (parsley, dill or green onions) before serving.
- Serve meat separately for each guest in a separate plate. Ask in advance how many servings a guest should put.
Do not forget to bring serving utensils, spoons and forks to the table, as well as be sure to leave a couple of knives on the table to make it easier for guests to handle meat.
