Ingredients
Beef pulp | 600 g |
Potatoes | 400 g |
Bow | 2 pcs. |
A tomato | 3-4 pcs. |
Hard cheese | 120 g |
Salt | taste |
Ground black pepper | taste |
Vegetable oil | 1-2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We carefully wash the beef pulp and dry it with paper towels. Cut into steaks 1-1.5 cm wide.
- We beat the meat from both sides with a hammer to a thickness of 3-4 mm. To make this process more convenient and cleaner, you can wrap the pieces of beef in a cling film.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices 5 mm thick.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread a layer of potatoes on it.
- Put the pieces of beef on top, salt and pepper to taste.
- We clean the onions (it is best to use a sweet variety), cut it into medium-thick rings and spread them on top of the meat.
- We wash and slice 3-4 small tomatoes, add them to the dish, and sprinkle with olive oil on top. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200ºС or the oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Any hard cheese (gouda is used in the recipe) is rubbed on a coarse grater.
- Sprinkle with them a dish 5-7 minutes before readiness.
- In French we give the prepared meat to cool slightly and serve as a separate dish with fresh herbs, sauces, bread and snack salads.
