Beef pulp 600 g
Potatoes 400 g
Bow 2 pcs.

Important! Tenderloin is considered to be the most valuable part, so resourceful and not very honest sellers can sell the so-called false tenderloin to an inexperienced buyer, i.e. the flesh from the inside of the leg or from the shoulder blade, which are very similar in appearance to the tenderloin. But keep in mind that this is tough meat. A real tenderloin should have a so-called “head” - cone-shaped pieces of pulp at the base on both sides. There must also be a film. There will never be a film on the false cut. Note that the tenderloin meat is loose, with large fibers, unlike meat with legs or shoulder blades.

Step cooking

  1. We carefully wash the beef pulp and dry it with paper towels. Cut into steaks 1-1.5 cm wide.
    Cut the beef tenderloin into small steaks.
  2. We beat the meat from both sides with a hammer to a thickness of 3-4 mm. To make this process more convenient and cleaner, you can wrap the pieces of beef in a cling film.

  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices 5 mm thick.

  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread a layer of potatoes on it.

  7. We wash and slice 3-4 small tomatoes, add them to the dish, and sprinkle with olive oil on top. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200ºС or the oven for 45-50 minutes.
