- Pork or veal - 500 g
- Chicken - 500 g

- Vegetable oil for frying - 4-5 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Meat - 500 g of chicken and pork (veal) pulp - rinse and dry. To make it easier to chop, put the meat in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Lightly frozen meat, cut into small cubes, put in a deep bowl.
- Finely chop 2 onions and send to the meat. You can also grind onions on a grater or in a meat grinder.
- Add 2 eggs, 200 g mayonnaise and 5 tbsp. To the bowl. l flour.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mass, cover (with a lid, plate or film) and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to marinate.
- Put small cutlets in a well-heated vegetable oil in a pan with a tablespoon and gently squeeze them on top with a spoon or spatula.
- Fry the meat in Albanian for 4-5 minutes. on each side over medium heat. Serve with any garnish or as a cold starter. Enjoy your meal!
