  • Pork or veal - 500 g
  • Chicken - 500 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour - 5 tbsp. l

  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying - 4-5 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Meat - 500 g of chicken and pork (veal) pulp - rinse and dry. To make it easier to chop, put the meat in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Lightly frozen meat, cut into small cubes, put in a deep bowl. cut pork and chicken into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop 2 onions and send to the meat. You can also grind onions on a grater or in a meat grinder. Grind the onion with a knife.
  3. Add 2 eggs, 200 g mayonnaise and 5 tbsp. To the bowl. l flour. To the meat with onions, add mayonnaise, eggs and flour.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mass, cover (with a lid, plate or film) and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to marinate. Salt and pepper the mass, mix it well.
  5. Put small cutlets in a well-heated vegetable oil in a pan with a tablespoon and gently squeeze them on top with a spoon or spatula. put a meat mixture in a heated pan with vegetable oil with a spoon.
