Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Oyster mushrooms - 200 g
- Cucumber (fresh) - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 2-2.5 tbsp. l
- Walnut - 5-6 kernels
- Salt - 3 pinches
- Vegetable oil1-1.5 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Wash the chicken fillet (1 piece), pat dry with a paper towel and lay on a sheet of foil. Salt (1-2 pinches), optionally season with spices. Wrap the fillet in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
- Wash and dry oyster mushrooms (200 grams). Cut them into slices up to 5 mm wide.
- Peel and onion (1 piece) and cut into half rings, up to 2 mm wide. Put the pan on the stove, pour a little vegetable oil (1-1.5 tablespoons) into it, and put onions, sliced in half rings and mushrooms, into the pan. Stir and salt (1-2 pinches). Fry the mushrooms with onions until golden brown. In this case, all the liquid should evaporate from the pan.
- Transfer the prepared mushrooms with onions from the pan to a plate so that they cool.
- Remove the finished baked fillet from the foil and let it cool. Disassemble the cooled fillet with your hands into fibers up to 2 cm long.
- Rinse a fresh cucumber (1 piece) and cut it into pebbles, 2-2.5 cm long, together with the peel (try so that it is not bitter).
- Hard boiled eggs (2 pieces), cool in cold water, peel and grate on a fine grater.
- In a large bowl (to make it convenient to mix), combine all the ingredients (chicken, sliced into fibers, grated eggs, fried mushrooms with onions and cucumber sticks) and add mayonnaise (2 tablespoons) to them. All neatly, but mix well.
- Put the finished salad in a salad bowl and decorate with chopped, using a rolling pin, fried walnuts (5-6 kernels).
