Water 400 ml
Olive oil 50 ml
Pressed yeast 15 g
Salt 10 g

Step cooking

  1. In 400 ml of warm water, approximately 28-30 degrees, crush 15 g of pressed yeast and add 15 g of sugar.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Mix everything until completely dissolved.
    Stir the yeast until it is completely dissolved.
  3. Add approximately 500 g of flour previously sifted through a sieve and start kneading the dough. It is more convenient to do this with a spoon, but you can also do it with your hands if you wish.
    Pour some of the flour to the liquid components.
  4. If necessary, add flour to the dough, it should turn out to be homogeneous, but viscous and sticky to the hands.

  5. Next, add 10 g of salt and 50 ml of olive oil.

  6. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.

  • To make the dough well and quickly fit, you can use a preheated oven to 30-40 degrees
  • You can use any vegetable oil without a pronounced odor.
  • Optionally, you can make this dough on whole grain flour or replace it with, for example, 1/3 of all flour.
  • From this test, you can cook pizza, pita, focaccia, pies, pies and other salty pastries.
  • Leave the finished products on a baking sheet for another 20-30 minutes, then grease with a beaten egg and put in the oven to bake.
  • Such a dough can be prepared in advance, it is easily stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to three days.
