- We drive three chicken eggs into a deep container, beat with a whisk or a mixer. Melt butter (125 g) in a water bath until liquid. Add 100 g of sugar to beaten eggs, beat thoroughly with a whisk or a mixer. The amount of sugar for these ingredients can be controlled to taste. It is needed exclusively as a sweetener, so you need to add it depending on how sweet you want the waffles.
- In this container, add a little vanillin (1/4 tsp) for a smell, 250 ml of warm milk and 125 g of melted butter, mix.
- Add 200 g of wheat flour, all at a time. Pour 50 g of potato starch and 10 g of baking powder to the dough here.
- All ingredients must be thoroughly mixed to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps. Best of all the mixer will cope with this task. The longer we beat the mass, the more airy and light it will be. This test will make very soft waffles. We heat the electric waffle iron and pour the resulting dough on it. One full ladle leaves for one waffle.
- Bake waffles for 4-5 minutes. Baking time depends on how thick the dough is.
