Step cooking
- From the very beginning we have been preparing marinade for fish. To do this, pour 300 ml of water into a medium-sized pot, adding 2 tbsp. l 9% vinegar. Pour 100 g of vegetable oil into the liquid. In this case, you can use sunflower or olive, which you like best. Salt the water a little and add a pinch of ground black pepper. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- In the resulting mixture we place 2 identical-sized marine tongues or pangasius fillets. We send the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- At this time, we are preparing filler for fish. To do this, we rub 150-200 grams of any hard cheese on a coarse grater. Using a sharp kitchen knife, finely chop 2 onions into small cubes. We heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil and fry the onion until it has a golden hue.
- To prepare the sea language, you need a bunch of parsley. Wash greens and finely chop.
- Pre-boil 3 eggs and cut into small cubes.
- In a deep bowl, mix chopped parsley, chopped eggs and fried onions. Mix everything thoroughly.
- We lay out aluminum foil on a flat surface, in which the sea language will be baked. Lubricate it with a small amount
vegetable oil and rub with a silicone brush on all surfaces so that the fish does not stick.
- Put the pickled pangasius fillet on a foil, on which we spread half of the grated cheese on top. On top of the cheese we put a mixture of parsley, eggs and onions. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- The second pickled fillet of the marine language is placed on top. It can be lubricated with 1-2 tbsp. l home or shop mayonnaise. You can do without it, if you do not like mayonnaise or replace it with sour cream.
- We wrap the sea language with all other ingredients in foil and carefully pack it on all sides so that air does not get into the fish.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, shift the fish to a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- A few minutes before being ready, the foil can be opened so that the marine language is a little browned. We lay out the finished dish in portions and use it cold or hot. Serve the sea language with rice, mashed potatoes and any other side dish to your taste. Top decorate the dish with fresh herbs, for example parsley or dill.
