Step cooking
- First, prepare the viburnum. For fruit drinks we take 400 g of berries. We send viburnum to a deep bowl, fill it with water, remove all the garbage that comes up. Change the water until all the garbage disappears. Then we send the berries in a colander and let all the water drain.
- Then we send the dry viburnum to a deep saucepan, knead a crush, you can chop it with a blender.
- Then add 500 ml of water, mix, send to a small fire.
- Add 300 g of sugar to the pan, mix again. You can adjust the amount of sugar yourself, it depends on your preference.
- After boiling, make the fire small and boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Then cover and leave to cool.
If desired, a more healthy drink can be made from viburnum. To do this, simply boil the berries with water, then add a few slices of orange, mint leaves. Let cool and add honey (instead of sugar) to taste. Be sure to add honey to the already cooled liquid so that it retains its beneficial properties. - We filter the fruit drink, remove the remaining berries, but you do not need to throw them away.
