Ingredients
Black currant | 200 g |
Lemon | 1 PC. |
Sugar | 90 - 130 g |
Water | 1 liter |
Step cooking
- Thaw the frozen berries of black currant and wash. Wash a medium-sized lemon.
- Using a grater, remove the zest from the lemon.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, after rolling it on the working surface of the table - so the juice will be easier to squeeze out.
- In a blender bowl, dip 200 g of blackcurrant berries, adding sugar, lemon zest and 200 ml of boiling water there.
- Beat this mixture until smooth.
- Pour the resulting mass into a larger container, add lemon juice and the remaining water.
- Whisk it all over again with a blender.
- Strain the resulting syrup with a sieve in a jug or carafe. Strained juice before serving should be well cooled.
- When the fruit drink has cooled to the desired temperature, mix it with a spoon, pour it into a glass or cup and enjoy the taste of a wonderful, refreshing and very fragrant blackcurrant fruit drink.
